I refuse to sell a job and then send unqualified employees in to perform the work. How would they know all the important details and aspects of your project WE discussed?
Miscommunication is where the real problem lies in contracting. The person selling the job is usually not the one doing it.

Our installations are second to none due to the fact we have a full sheet metal shop allowing us to customize all fittings. We refuse to use duct board because we believe it is a cheap alternative to metal and has a negative impact on indoor air quality.
